Carmen M. Loiz is a real estate broker at Proactive Realty Group, LLC.  In 1999, she became a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker in the state of Florida.  Previously, she has worked for the World Disney World Company-Finance Department for nearly 15 years where her duties have included, but were not limited to Corporate Financial Services among others.

In her current role as a Principal Broker, Carmen Loiz manages, receives, verifies, and ensures compliance of files with state and federal laws in real estate transactions.  She educates her clients about different real estate services, recommends and structures transactions that will best suit their needs, whether they are buying or selling real estate for personal or investment purposes.  These duties combine with her specialty and experience in foreclosures and short sales transactions has given her the skills to best serve customers and real estate agents on these fields, even in such market conditions as now.

When not working in real estate or mortgage transactions, Carmen enjoys giving back to the church community by volunteering as a Director for Crown Financial Ministries and as a Coordinator for Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey at Grace Bible Church of Central Florida.  She also volunteers as a Field/Mediator Counselor at THHF Non-Profit Organization assisting homeowners to preserve their homes from foreclosure, "One hand at a time".
